This mix includes the possibility to work from anywhere in the world for either a short-term or long-term period, the ultimate offer in location flexibility and independence.

Even remote workers may be required to travel to the office on occasion, whether at a manager’s request or just because human connections with team members is desired. This at-will arrangement allows each person to plan visits however and whenever they want. As the possibility to return to the office widens, Jellysmackers will be encouraged to spend time at the office as they please. To draw attention we’ve added more workspace comfort like a connected refrigerator, candy bar, and well-designed workspaces; to create a more flexible and adaptive work environment for those in the office.
We are currently working on opening international branches. The idea is to give the option of permanently relocating to other countries of our employee’s choice. We’ve thought long and hard about best practices here at Jellysmack. Rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all policy, we’re empowering Jellysmackers to pick the arrangement that works best for them.
